What is your Cancellation Policy?

We require a 48 hour advance notice in case you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, failure to do so will incur in a $25 fee or the full cost of service at groomers discretion. Please remember that cancelling results in potential loss of business for your groomer by not accepting other appointments.

Do I need a rabies vaccination?

Yes, your pet must have current rabies vaccinations or service will be declined.

Can I remain with my pets during service?

No, for the safety of your pet and insurance liability. We also ask that clients refrain from walking past the windows as pets can become distressed when they see their owners and it can make it difficult to safely complete their grooming .  We would be happy give you a tour before the appointment begins. 

Do you groom cats or other animals?

No, not at this time. We would like to offer that in the future - please check in with us regularly or website for updates.

Do you offer flea and tick treatments?

We strongly recommend that all clients be on flea prevention, talk to your vet about the flea prevention that is safest and right for your dog. We do offer flea baths with medicated shampoo*  as an added service · (Pets with fleas will be treated and charged automatically, salon is sanitized and treated between appointments)

What other policies should I know about before arriving?

· Photographs: We may take a picture of your pet before, during or after the grooming process for the sole purpose of education, promotions, advertising or website use. If you would like a copy, please let us know.


· Matted Dogs: Removing a heavily matted coat includes risks of cuts, nicks or abrasions due to warts, moles or skin folds trapped in the mats. Heavily matting can also trap moisture near the dog’s skin allowing mold, fungus or bacteria to grow and revealing skin irritations that exist prior to the grooming process. A matting release form may need to be signed.


· Behavioral Issues: We will make every attempt to groom uncooperative pets, but we may not be able to complete grooming on pets that pose a threat to themselves, other pets or our groomers. We reserve the right to decline an appointment for pets whose behavior makes it unsafe for us to groom them. 


· Allergies: We only use products such as shampoos and conditioners certified for pets. However, if your pet has any kind of allergy or related skin issues you are responsible to alert us before the service starts and in that case provide the specific and properly product recommended for your pet.

· Pets with fleas will be treated with flea bath and charged a $15 fee automaticallyThe fee is to cover the decontamination of the area and products to do so for the safety of other clients and their pets.


· Appointment: Appointment times are given in an hour time frame. We will arrive as closely to the scheduled time as possible. You will be called in advance when schedules change beyond our control due to unpredictable situation.


· Missed Appointment Fee: We require a 48 hour advance notice in case you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, failure to do so will incur in a $25 fee or the full cost of service at groomers discretion.


· Payment info: Payment is due at time of service. Accepted forms of payment are cash, venmo or zelle. Cash is preferred. 

· Prices do NOT include de-matting fees, tick/flea removal, or specialty cuts or creative grooms.

Do I need to Tip?

Tipping is not expected of your service. However, it is very welcomed as a sign of appreciation for your groomer as in any service or salon industry.

Can I bring my own shampoo?

Yes, of course.  Please remember it will not change the service price.

Do you take puppies?

Yes, of course, we love to get get puppies familiar with grooming early.  Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old and have their first round of shots.
